The top-ranked citizen-favorite "Seoul Outdoor Library" is making a comeback...expanding from Seoul's Gwanghwamun Plaza to Cheonggyecheon.

- "Last year, with 1.7 million visitors, Seoul's premier attraction, the 'Seoul Outdoor Library,' is set to reopen on Thursday, the 18th of next month."
