세계자료실 대출 안내

 

안녕하세요, 서울도서관 세계자료실입니다.

세계자료실에서 10월 1일부터 외국어도서 대출을 시행하고 있습니다.
영어, 일본어, 중국어, 프랑스어, 독일어, 스페인어, 우즈베키스탄어, 필리핀어, 태국어, 몽골어, 캄보디아어, 베트남어, 인도네시아어 등을 포함한 14개 외국어 도서를 대출하실 수 있습니다.
외국인 등록증이 있으면 외국인도 대출이 가능합니다. 우선 서울도서관 홈페이지 가입 후 외국인등록증(본인확인과 소재지 확인이 가능한 신분증)가지시고 2층 디지털자료실로 가시면 됩니다. 발급비는 무료입니다.

 

어린이 외국어 도서는 1층 일반자료실에서 보실 수 있습니다.
많은 이용 부탁드립니다.

 

서울도서관 홈페이지에서 자료를 검색한 후, 직접 서가에서 자료를 찾아 서울도서관 회원증과 함께 주시면 세계자료실 안내데스크에서 대출하실 수 있습니다.

 

□ 대출
- 서울도서관 회원증 소지자
- 최대 3권, 14일 대출 (1회 7일 연장 가능)

 

□ 대출가능자료
- 도서관 구입자료에 한해서 대출 가능 (별치기호 : F, F-언어명)
- 대사관 기증자료 대출불가 (별치기호 : 영문국가명)

 

□ 대출 연장
- 서울도서관 홈페이지에서 연장 가능
- 대출기간이 일주일 지난 후, 1책 당 1회에 한하여 일주일 연장 가능
- 연체 중인 자료가 있거나, 예약된 자료는 대출 연장 불가

 

□ 도서 연체
- 연체료는 없는 대신  연체일수 만큼 대출이 제한됩니다
- 예시) 2권을 3일간 연체한 경우는   2+2+2=6, 총 6일간 대출이 제한

 

□ 도서 분실 및 훼손
- 대출한 도서를 분실하거나 훼손하였을 경우에는 즉시 세계자료실에 신고하고, 동일 자료로 변상
- 변상 기간에는 도서 대출 중지

Global Collections Loan Service

 

Beginning on October 1, 2014, foreign language materials will circulate via Global Collections.
We provide a total of 14 different language publications, including English, Japanese and Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Uzbek, Russian, Filipino, Thai, Mongolian, Khmer, Vietnamese, Indonesian.

 

If you have an alien registration number, you can become a member of Seoul Metropolitan Library.  Sign up for our website and visit Digital Collections on the 2nd floor with your alien registration card and a document verifying residence in Seoul. There is no fee.

All English language children’s books are placed in General Collections on the 1^st floor.

Please browse materials online, take them off our shelves and present them with your library card to our librarians at the Help Desk.

 

□ Loans
Seoul Metropolitan Library card holders
3 books for 14 days (1-time, 7-day renewal)

 

□ Borrowable materials
Books that we bought (Location mark: F/F-language name in English)
Embassy contributions unavailable (Location mark: Country name in English)

 

□ Renewals
You can submit an online request 1 week after your checkout date.  Our policy is 1-time renewal for 7 days.  If the book has a hold on it by another patron or if you have overdue books, renewal will be unavailable.

 

□ Overdue
There are no charges but loans will be restricted.  For example, if you have 2 books 3 days past their due date, you are not allowed to borrow books for 6 days.

 

□ Loss and damage
If books are lost or damaged, please report to us.  The patron is responsible for the replacement of the item.  Until compensation has been completed, loans will be suspended.
