- Seoul City's Representative Reading Policy for Caregivers: <Mom’s Book Encouragement>.... Expanding service offerings to include parenting lectures and book recommendations.

- Every first Wednesday of the month at 7 PM, an 'online parenting lecture' is held, and experts select monthly recommended parenting books.

- After the holiday, on May 14 (Wed), a parenting essay author, Jeong Jiwoo, will be invited to give a lecture on "Parenting, Despite Everything: The Happiness of Parenting."

- A total of 54 public libraries across 19 districts in Seoul also offer numerous in-person lectures for local residents.

- The city says, "We will create a city where both moms and dads unite, and the community collectively supports and encourages parenting, making Seoul a city that nurtures the joy of raising children."
