About the Program

• We hold capacity building training programs to develop the expertise of librarians in Seoul. We operate various programs such as holding a public library knowledge and information community workshop and holding a national library competition and joint training for library heads and librarians in autonomous districts.

• Article 43 (3) of the Library Act (Obligation of local governments to provide librarian training)
• Article 18 (1) 9 of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Promotion of Libraries and Reading Culture
