This project researches the information needs of slow learners to bridge the knowledge and information gap and improve library services to create a library environment that can be easily used by anyone.
Who are ‘Slow Learners’?
This term refers to a person with a developmental disorder or who has difficulties in academic achievement due to borderline intelligence with an IQ between 70 and 85.

This project was operated with the civic participation budget in 2019 to create a library that can be used comfortably by the "Slow Learners" with a developmental disorder or borderline intelligence, and thus bridging the information gap with the general public by guaranteeing the right to read and use information for slow learners.
